Music and technology go hand-in-hand in the modern music industry – Music Week Tech Summit by Music Week and O2 is an exploration of how the two sectors can work together to help artists, managers, labels and publishers reach new audiences.
With the freshest startups on the block through to the digital giants shaping the future of the industry and major music biz players, the 2nd annual Music Week Tech Summit took place at The O2 London.
The Startup Initiative, held in association with leading music biz conference MIDEM, saw dozens of companies apply for the chance to exhibit in front of hundreds of leading execs at the conference – seeqnc was among the lucky six winners, selected by a panel of music and technology experts.
“Seeqnc built the world’s first platform to track music usage and notify creators, labels, publisher and rights organisations in real time. Performing DJs and bands are using Seeqnc technology to track the music they are playing and generate setlists on the spot. Producers and labels can now use this data for the first time to generate a live picture of their music footprint.”
